What time should we arrive for the wedding ceremony?
Please arrive by 4:15pm to allow time for parking and getting seated for our 4:30pm ceremony.
How should we plan for the weather?
Weather dependent, we are hoping for an outside ceremony and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour before heading upstairs for dinner and dancing. Early October in North Carolina is usually mild, with daytime highs in the 70s and nighttime lows in the 50s -- you may want to bring something to keep you warm at night.
What is the dress code?
Semi-Formal. Ladies, think floor length or cocktail dresses. For gentlemen, that means blazers or suits (tie optional). We want you to be comfortable, but please use this as an opportunity to get dressed up with us!
What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Our food service for the wedding will be plated, so you will pre-select your entree. If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate them when you RSVP so our catering team can plan accordingly.
Are children invited to the wedding?
We love your kiddos, but this is an adults-only event. The only children at the wedding will be our little belles and beaus in the bridal party.
Where should we stay for the weekend?
There will be a hotel block at the AC Hotel Raleigh North Hills (and you'll find other options on our Travel page). Stay tuned for more information on both accommodations and transportation.
