To an Indian restaurant, Eric got the spiciest meal on the menu

Thus began our love story -- and our insane hot sauce collection, too

We both realized this was something special around date number four

Eric planned a whole adventure, starting with an Art Nouveau museum tour

Dinner was back in Durham with conversation that went on and on and on

The date ended with a first kiss mid 'The Office' marathon

Then came a whole hosts of firsts, including holidays like New Year's Eve and Valentine's

An almost-snowed-out first weekend away and then it was finally time

For meeting each other's families, including guitar and karaoke with Kelly Rae

With her approval, we were ready to say 'I love you' by the sea lions on the Bay

From there, our story spans Sushi Tuesdays and the entire Top Chef franchise

We've fallen asleep on beaches in Turkey and our big trip to France was all smiles

On hometown visits, we've tasted bourbon and seen the famous 'Robert is Here' fruit stand

Home, away, and even a freezing national championship game -- the Irish have found a new fan

Life is best when we're our silly selves, like when we dress up as Taco Bell(e) for Halloween

We love smoking meat at Grillbillies BBQ and the tweezer plating at Le Bernardin

Eric's joined in on milk glass collecting, Alexandra head bangs at heavy metal shows

We're just two Level 1 Sommeliers making our little Apex townhouse a real home

Our engagement was just like us -- a little planned, a little anxious, always in it together

We flew up to New York and spent all day listing our favorite things about each other

We exchanged proposals and tears over champagne before our most fanciest ever dinner

Finished the night at the Top of the Rock, taking pictures of the new one on Alexandra's finger

Which brings us to our upcoming wedding, we really can't wait

Our love, our partnership, our commitment -- there's much to celebrate

But our story is really much bigger than Alexandra, Eric, and us together
